The Much Ado About Sebastopol Renaissance FaireI have not been to a Renaissance Faire in a long time. I went to a very small version this weekend. In the small town of Sebastopol. It was a 1 weekend only Renaissance Faire unlike the 4-6 week marathons that are more common. I have to say it was a little smaller than I hoped but the Falconry was worth the price of admission alone.
It was a wonderful opportunity to get close to these incredible birds of prey. It was not what I went to shoot but it was my favorite part of the event. I suppose it is always good to be flexible and also to carry a lot of lenses.
Of course I did make time to enjoy a good sword fight or two as well.
